Clinic admin is in the office Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am-2pm to answer phones and emails. Outside of these hours any voicemail or email left will be forwarded to your practitioner who will be in touch.

Opal Wellness provides care and services to clients on the unceded, traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt, and Songhees) nations. We recognize that, as settlers, we have significantly changed Indigenous peoples’ relationships with this land. We acknowledge that the impacts of colonization, land expropriation, and residential schools are both historic and current.
